Walk & Talk Sessions

Walk & talk sessions can be a unique way to experience therapy outside of the traditional office setting. With the pandemic leading to increased time spent indoors using screens, walk & talk sessions offer a way to take advantage of the therapeutic benefits of being outside and offer an alternative to online sessions.

Before a walk & talk session we will discuss limits regarding topics discussed during session and ways to minimize the added risk to confidentiality. Walk & talk sessions are an opportunity to connect with the benefits of nature using slow relaxed movement; they are not an exercise program.
